Summer Heat is our 7th sauce and is a limited release! We aged our Ghost sauce for an extra 6 months making the sauce darker, bolder, and more complex umami flavor than the original Ghost sauce. The aged peppers have definitely made this our HOTTEST sauce in our line-up, making it a must-have for the sizzling summer heat!
Made with freaky, fresh, simple, fermented ingredients: Ghost Peppers, Carolina Reaper Peppers, Red Bell Pepper, Onion, Shallot, Garlic, Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Xanthan Gum.
