Freaky Ferments Smoked Jalapeño takes our classic Jalapeño sauce recipe and kicks up the flavor by slowly smoking the Jalapeño peppers before aging and using them for this sauce. The mesquite wood used is a classic Texas barbecue tradition and you will find its distinctive, sharp flavors pair just right with the Jalapeño peppers. This sauce will pair perfectly with any barbecue that is lucky enough to be served with it.
