Hatch Chilies are a variety of green peppers grown in an area of New Mexico called the Hatch Valley. The growing conditions in this area are unique and help give this particular pepper its signature flavor. Each September in Fort Worth our markets fill with these beautiful peppers and Hatch Chile festivals take place. Doing what we do best, we fermented them with a few other fresh ingredients and bottled this Roasted Hatch Chile Hot Sauce by hand for you. We hope you love it as much as we do.
