Pumpkin Cheesecake

    Justin's first brew and it couldn't have gone better! We got the season of Fall captured in this beer! It was also our first experience brewing with lactose. The lactose and oats in the beer make this silky smooth with great head retention. For half of the 10 gallons we tossed some baked sweet potatoes in the secondary. For the other half we did a traditional pumpkin spice. Both turned out great. Cheers!
