Crawfish season is finally here, and we have a great sauce to go with your mud bugs! Very similar to a comeback sauce this goes great with more than just crawfish. The flavors in this sauce are absolutely worth the few minutes it takes to put together.

Ingredients:

1. Mayonnaise (1 3/4 cups)
2. Ketchup (3/4 cups)
3. Ginger Cayenne Lemon Hot Sauce (1 tablespoon - to taste)
4. Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
5. Cajun Seasoning (1 teaspoon)
1. We used Los Primanos PoPo's Seafood Seasoning
6. Worcestershire Sauce (1 teaspoon)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Adjust to taste. 
3. Cover and place into the refrigerator for at least an hour. This gives the flavors a chance to meld together.
