Creamy Crawfish Dipping Sauce
Crawfish season is finally here, and we have a great sauce to go with your mud bugs! Very similar to a comeback sauce this goes great with more than just crawfish. The flavors in this sauce are absolutely worth the few minutes it takes to put together.
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise (1 3/4 cups)
- Ketchup (3/4 cups)
- Ginger Cayenne Lemon Hot Sauce (1 tablespoon - to taste)
- Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
- Cajun Seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- We used Los Primanos PoPo's Seafood Seasoning
- Worcestershire Sauce (1 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Adjust to taste.
- Cover and place into the refrigerator for at least an hour. This gives the flavors a chance to meld together.
